The writ petition seeks the following relief: "(a) To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to pay the balance amount more than Rs. 11,00,000/- to the petitioner with 12% interest, within stipulated period." 3. Shri Awadhesh Kumar Malviya has stated that the respondent nos. 2 and 3 admit their liability to pay a sum of Rs. 11 Lacs to the petitioner. This amount shall be credited into the account of the petitioner within a period of 10 days from today. This time is being sought because the budget of the respondents has been passed only yesterday. 4. Under the circumstances, this petition is disposed of directing the respondents to, positively, credit the amount of Rs. 11 Lacs into the account of the petitioner within 10 days from today.
