------ For the Petitioner : None For the State
: Mr. Santosh Kr. Shukla, A.P.P. ------
5/02.09.2025 On repeated calls, nobody has responded on behalf of the petitioner. Identical situation was there on 18.02.2025 and on that day also, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner and accordingly the ABA was rejected. Subsequently, it has been restored by the order dated 22.08.2025.
2.
Learned counsel for the State is present.
3. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.P. Case No.483 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 323, 341 and 354 of IPC, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro.
4. On solemn affirmation, the victim has stated that molestation has been done by the petitioner, who happens to be uncle-in-law and the Court does not want to record those facts in the order. The allegations are serious against the petitioner.
5. In view of that, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and, as such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
6. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly dismissed.
