Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have already made a representation/application dated 09.04.2025 (Annexure P-4) to the competent authorities for redressal of her grievances, but no action has been taken thereon till date. He further submits that the petitioners would be satisfied, if the respondent authorities are directed to deal with his concerns/grievances and pass appropriate order on the said representation.
