Today, the writ petition appears under the heading “To Be Mentioned” at the instance of the Court after detecting a typographical mistake, which is apparent on the face of the judgement/order dated August 11, 2025. In Paragraph-2 of the said order the date mentioned as “March 4, 2025” should be read and corrected as “April 3, 2025”. The rest of the order remains unaltered and without any modification.
