The petitioner has approached this Court for payment of gratuity and Group Insurance Scheme. Learned counsel for respondent submits that amount of about Rs. 3 lac towards the gratuity and amount of about Rs. 1 lac towards GIS has been paid. Learned counsel for petitioner on basis of instructions submits that aforesaid amount has been paid, however, petitioner is still aggrieved that gratuity was wrongly calculated and prays that liberty may be granted to petitioner to raise his grievance about wrong calculation. Learned counsel for respondent submits that in case, petitioner files any application or representation in regard to manner of calculation of gratuity, the manner of calculation will be provided to petitioner and grievance of petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation/direction that in case, petitioner files any application or representation with regard to manner of calculation of gratuity, the manner of calculation will be provided to petitioner and grievance of petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
