Case No. 241 of 2023, pending in the court of Sri Shambhu Mahto, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi as the parties have settled their dispute. 2. Offence alleged is under section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code apart from other sections of the Indian penal Code and section 3 / 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 3. The matter relates to the matrimonial dispute. There is no public policy involved in this case. As such, this court in exercise of its discretionary jurisdiction under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure permits the parties to compound their case in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 241 of 2023, pending in the court of Sri Shambhu Mahto, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 4. This interlocutory application is allowed. Cr. M.P. No. 255 of 2025 In view of the orders passed in I.A. No. 3313 of 2025, whereby parties have been permitted to compound their case in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 241 of 2023, pending in the court of Sri Shambhu Mahto, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed. The entire criminal proceedings of Chutia P.S.
