In this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioners have prayed for quashing of FIR No. 65/2017 registered at Police Station-Jawahar Circle, District-Jaipur East for alleged offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of IPC. 2. Perusal of the record of this case would reveal that in last eight years, no efforts have been made by the petitioners to pursue the instant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. Earlier also, on 27.01.2025, the matter was taken up by this Court for hearing but nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Even today, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners.
