ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents more particularly that of the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 herein in trying to settle the Civil disputes between the petitioner and the 6th respondent at the behest of some vested interests in 6th

respondent who inflicted the pressures through his local political identities and depriving the petitioner of his personal liberty by calling him and threatening the petitioner that he would foist false cases, as being illegal, arbitrary and is in violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents 2 to 4 herein not to interfere with the personal liberty of the petitioner without there being any crime registered against him”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
