When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a case in Cr.No.378 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 75(2) BNS and Section 7 r/w 8 of POCSO Act 2012115 (2), 118(1), 79 r/w 3(5) BNS Act dated 15.09.2025 was registered against the respondent Nos.5 and 6. 04. In view of the submissions made, and taking note of the fact that Crime No.378 of 2025 has already been registered on the unofficial respondent, this Court finds no further orders are required in the writ petition. 05. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
