This petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing order dated 23.09.2025 (Annexure P/4) passed by respondent No. 7 by which the appeal preferred by the petitioner has been rejected against order dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure P/8) whereby he has been transferred from Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Kusmi to Government Pre-Secondary School, Gudru, Wadrafnagar. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ARUN KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by ARUN KUMAR DEWANGAN Date: 2025.10.29 11:24:11 +0530 2 going to be retired on 10.10.2026 and only 11 moths are left for his retirement, therefore, his case may kindly be considered sympathetically and would pray for quashing of the impugned orders dated 23.09.2025 & 04.06.2025. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposing the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is no post available in the school, therefore, the petitioner has rightly been transferred and would pray for dismissal of the writ petition. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record with utmost satisfaction. 5. From records, it is quite vivid that the petitioner is due for retirement on 10.10.2026 and only 11 months are left for his retirement and in the last period of service, the record pertaining to pensionary benefit as well as retiral dues have to be constructed and settled down. 6. Considering these aspect of the matter, the petitioner is directed to make a representation before the respondent authorities within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order for posting him near by his present place of posting who in turn will consider and decide his representation of the petitioner within further two months from the date of receipt of representation so that his pensionary and retiral dues will be settled down. The respondents are also directed to release the salary of the petitioner, if there is no other impediment. 7.
