ORAL ORDER
This petition is filed by the respondent-husband in Crl.Misc.No.149/2018 challenging the order dated 04.10.2024 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Belagavi (for short
“the Family Court”) granting maintenance to the petitioner- wife.
2. I have taken note of the submission made by the
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner herein (respondent-husband in Crl.Misc.No.149/2018) that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized during September 2012 and on account of incompatibility of relationship, the parties are residing separately.
3. Taking into account the finding recorded by the Family Court that the respondent herein is residing separately at Belagavi city and she has to take care of her health, the maintenance of ₹9,000/- per month to the respondent herein awarded by the Family Court is just and proper and does not call for interference by this Court in this petition. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
