2012-13 in spite of the MSP Certificate No.1349, dated 10-03-2014 issued by the 2nd respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 19(1) of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents No.3 and 4 to receive the milled levy rice from the petitioner for Khariff Marketing Season (KMS) 2013- 14 as per the Minimum Support Price Certificates issued by the 2nd respondent and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2014(WPMP 11430 OF 2014 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.3 and 4 to receive the milled levy rice from the petitioners for the quantity specified in the MSP Certificate No.1349, dated 10- 03-2014 issued by the 2nd respondent for Khariff Marketing Season (KMS) 2013-14 at the depot/godown at Gudivada or at any other depot of the 3rd respondent in Krishna District, pending disposal of the main writ petition and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2014(WPMP 17041 OF 2014 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.3 and 4 to receive the milled levy rice from the petitioner for the quantity specified in the MSP (Minimum Spearated Price) Certificate No.1349, dated 10-03-2014 issued by the 2nd respondent for Khariff Marketing Season (KMS) 2013-14 at the depot/godown at Gudivada or at any other depot of the 3rd respondent in Krishna District, pending disposal of the main writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
