Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 19.03.2025 in case crime no. 211 of 2025, under section 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Banna Devi, District Aligarh." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
