This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Session Trial No.206 of 2016, arising out of case crime no. 427 of 2015, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 304, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Jani, District Meerut pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.4, Meerut expeditiously as early as possible. 2. Heard Shri Rajesh Kumar Pal, Advocate holding brief for Shri Yogendra Pal Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the case is pending at the stage of evidence. The Court concerned is not taking proper interest in disposal of the said session trial and only dates are being fixed in the matter. The matter is very old. 4. I have considered the submissions and perused the record. 5. It appears from the perusal of the record that the above session trial is pending at the stage of recording of evidence. Hence, the Court concerned is directed to make all possible endeavors for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid session trial in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted. 6. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
