It is stated that vide order dated 24th November, 2023, the application under Order XXII Rule 3 CPC for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased Appellant No. 1 was allowed, however, no specific direction was passed for filing the amended memo of parties. 3. It is further submitted that the amended memo of parties is required to be taken on record to enable the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant No. 1 to avail the benefit of the judgment dated 26th September, 2025.
