Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 4 are present. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 to take appropriate action against the respondent no. 5 on the complaint made by the applicant under the provision of Section 95 (1)(G) of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act. 3. Considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Mainpuri to take a decision in the matter expeditiously, unless there is no legal impediment. 5. Needless to say that before taken any decision he will comply with the provision of Section 95 (1)(G) of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act strictly in accordance with law.
