Ms. R Rajgarhia, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the Informant by filing vakalatanama in Court. The same is taken on record. 2. Heard Ms. Joshi, learned counsel for the Petitioners, Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the State and Ms. Rajgarhia, learned counsel for the Informant. 3. Assailing the order dated 09.10.2023 passed by the learned J.M.F.C, Bhograi in C.T. No.287 of 2023 taking cognizance against the Petitioners under Sections 341/294/323/506/34 IPC, this Criminal Revision has been filed. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that in the meanwhile the matter has been settled amicably and Ms. Rajgarhia, learned counsel appearing for the Informant does not dispute the same and refers to the affidavit filed by the Informant in this regard reiterating that they have decided to move forward with a fresh perspective. Such affidavit is taken on record. 5. In view of the settlement of the dispute inter se between the parties and the nature of offence as alleged, this Court is of the considered view that continuance of the proceeding would be sheer wastage of precious time of the Court. 6. Accordingly, the impugned order of cognizance dated 09.10.2023 passed by the learned J.M.F.C, Bhograi in C.T. No.287 of 2023 is set aside and consequently further proceeding in C.T. No.287 of 2023 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C, Bhograi stands quashed. 7. The Criminal Revision is disposed of. (V. NARASINGH) Judge PKS
