For Respondent(s) : Mr. Shailendra Sharma, Panel Lawyer Hon’ble Mr. Ramesh Sinha, Chief Justice Hon’ble Mr. Bibhu Datta Guru, Judge 2 Judgment on Board Per Ramesh Sinha, Chief Justice 11/11/2025 1 Heard Mr. Devershi Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Shailendra Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer for the State/respondents. 2 By this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of the charge sheet No. 53/2025 dated 20.03.2025 (Annexure P/1) @led in Crime No. 284/2024 by the Police Station Baikunthpur, District Korea against the petitioner, for oAence punishable under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and the order dated 28.04.2025 passed in Criminal Case No. 1291/2025 by which congnizance has been taken by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baikunthpur, District Koria, and also the consequential proceedings, if any, incidental and accidental thereto and orders prejudicial to the petitioners. 3 At the very outset, Mr. Thakur, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to raise all the pleas as may be available to the petitioners, before the learned trial Court. 4 Learned counsel appearing for other side has no objection. 5 In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. If the petitioners are aggrieved by any further cause of action, they may take recourse to law, if so advised.
