Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. This writ petition has been filed against an order dated 27.02.2025 passed by Additional Commissioner, Judicial II, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur allowing the appeal and setting aside the preliminary decree passed in a suit under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that against the judgment impugned, the petitioners have alternative remedy of filing a second appeal. 4. In view of availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
