Sr. No. 37 HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU Case: SWP No. 494/2017 Darshan Kumar …Petitioner(s)/Appellant(s) Through: None V/s State of J&K ... Respondent(s) Through: None CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE ORDER 18.09.2025 The instant petition was listed before this Court way back in the year 2017. Thereafter, the case was listed on 15.05.2025, on which date none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The position is not different even today. It appears that either the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed or he has lost interest in pursuing the same and also, with the passage of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. (VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL) JUDGE Jammu 18.09.2025 Suraj K Singh
