The petitioner is alleged to have raped 15 years old minor sister of the informant. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that there is delay of four days in lodging of the FIR. It was further submitted that the victim in her statement has stated that one unknown person had raped her. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the fact that the informant has named the petitioner as the rapist of his sister; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
