GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 4 in issuing a notice under section 91 B.N.S.S. dated 11.11.2025 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14,19, and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the notice under section 91 B.N.S.S., dated 11.11.2025” 2.
