Under U.P. Revenue Code, a complete machinery is provided for seeking declaration of the nature of tenancy in an agricultural holding. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the prayer in exercise of writ jurisdiction. 3. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy provided under law. 4.
