By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants his request for transfer be accorded due consideration by the competent authority in the matter, namely, respondent no. 2. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in above regard petitioner has already made a representation before respondent no. 2 on 28.01.2025. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection, in the event, direction is issued to respondent no. 2 to take a decision upon the representation of petitioner in accordance with law within a time bound period. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to look into the grievance raised by petitioner vide his representation dated 28.01.2025 and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
