It is case of the petitioner that despite illegal construction carried out by private respondents and notice issued to that effect dated 25.09.2024, no decision is taken by respondent – Corporation. 2. Heard learned advocate Mr. Bhavik Patel for the petitioner. Learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the petition, the notice dated 25.09.2024 has been acted upon and part demolition has been done by respondent – Corporation. However, learned advocate is not sure about the complete demolition since the entire construction done is unauthorized. C/SCA/9355/2025 ORDER DATED: 14/07/2025 3. Learned advocate Mr. Kushal Desai for respondent – Corporation submitted that the Corporation has acted on 07.07.2025 in accordance with law to implement the notice dated 25.09.2024. Learned advocate assured that the unauthorized construction shall be demolished since the demolition activity is in progress. 4.
