ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Sections 483(3) of the BNSS, has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant, seeking for cancellation of bail granted to 2nd respondent, vide
order dated 23.04.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.522/2025 in Crime No.35/2025 of A. Koduru Police Station by the learned IX Additional District & Sessions Judge, Chodavaram.
2. Heard Sri I. Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2nd respondent the petitioner was working in Army and he is complying with the conditions imposed while granting bail. Hence, prays for dismissal of petition.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed while granting bail and there is not default committed by the petitioner.
5. In the light of the aforesaid circumstances, in the absence of any material brought before this court for with regard to any disobedience of conditions imposed on the petitioner while granting bail to him, there are no grounds to cancel such bail.
6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
