By means of the present application under Section 529 BNSS, the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shamli to decide the trial of Case No. 3128 of 2018 (State Vs. J.K.Tomar and others), in Case Crime No. 194 of 2004 under Sections 218, 220, 324, 330, 343, 34 I.P.C, Police Station Kandhla, District Muzaffarnagar pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shamli within a period of 6 months or time stipulated by this Court. 3. It was submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has filed a complaint under Sections 218, 220, 324, 330, 343, 34 I.P.C in the year 2018 but the same has not been decided so far due to which, applicant is suffering irreparable loss. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed off with a direction to Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shamli to consider and decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, in accordance with law.
