When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that, basing on the complaint of the unofficial respondent, the petitioner was called to the police station for enquiry and no crime has been registered against her. He would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station in absence of any crime registered against her. The police are further directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law.
