Heard Sri Sudhakara Rao Ambati, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent- police are interfering in the business activities of the petitioner’s Spa without following any procedure. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the 4th respondent has registered a case in Cr.No.104 of 2023 under Sections 3, 4 & 5 of Immoral Trafficking Prevention Act, 1956 of Balajinagar P.S., Nellore on 04.06.2023 against the A1 to A3. After due investigation, they have filed charge sheet before the learned V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, on 21.06.2023 and CC 4 number is awaited. He would further submit that except registration of the above crime and investigation, the respondent police never interfered with the lawful activities of the petitioner’s Spa. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow the due process of law regarding the Cr.No.104 of 2023 of Balajinagar P.S., Nellore. No order as to costs.
