Learned Addl. Government Advocate takes notice for respondents No.1 and 2.
2. Notice to the respondent No.3 is not necessary for the following reasons.
3. The petitioner, being aggrieved of the order bearing No.PÀªÀĪÁ¥À¥ÀAC¤/¹&D/2022-23/664(A), dated 31.05.2025 passed by the respondent No.3 is before this Court.
4. Although we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition, since the grievance of the petitioner, who is admittedly a Government Servant, is required to be redressed before the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, nevertheless learned counsel for petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has already approached the Tribunal and the interim prayer

made by the petitioner is not yet considered. In the meanwhile, relieving order has been issued.
5. Learned counsel submits that though the relieving
order is dated 31.05.2025, same has been sent to the petitioner through e-mail on 03.06.2025. Learned counsel submits that the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal Bench at Belagavi sits only on Mondays. Therefore, having no other option, this Writ Petition has been filed.
6. Consequently, we dispose of the Writ Petition directing the respondents not to give effect to the relieving
order dated 31.05.2025 till 16.06.2025 to enable the petitioner to make an Interlocutory Application before the Tribunal and the Tribunal shall consider the same on
