By the order dated 13.08.2024, he was attached at Government Inter College, Bheta Badoli, Dhauladevi, Almora, but now, further orders for his repatriation has been passed, but he has not been relived, despite having been given various representations. The last was given on 07.03.2025, which is Annexure No.8 to the writ petition. The petitioner seeks directions that the respondent no.5, The Chief Education Officer, Almora, may be directed to take a decision on Annexure No.8 to the writ petition, the representation of the petitioner. Learned State Counsel gives a statement that the representation of the petitioner may be decided within three weeks from today.
