Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 14.12.2024, on receiving credible information, the sub-Inspector of police, along wl-th his staff land .---.. \ mediators, rushed to Back-'side of Aditya College, Near Burial Ground, Vidya Nagar, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam city, and found the accused in possession of 10 Kgs of Ganja. The contraband, along with other materl'al, was seized under cover of a mediators report. The accused Nos.1 to 4 were arrested and got remanded to judicial custody. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4.
The petitioners herein were arrested on 14.12.2024 and since then they have been languishing in jal'I. The quantity of Ganja allegedly seized from the possession of the accused is 10 Kgs., which is not a commercial quantity. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that major portion of the investigatl'on has been completed and the charge sheet could not be filed for want of inventory. 5. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petI'tiOnerS/Al to A4 on the following conditions. i) The petitioners/Al to A4 shall be released on bail `on their executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned ll Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Visakhapatnam. = iii=
