The present petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of habeas corpus for production of the alleged detenue, who is stated to be in the unlawful custody of the respondent nos.4 & 5. 3. Upon perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioner has failed to implead necessary and proper parties in the petition, thereby rendering the array of parties defective. 4. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed on the ground of defective array of parties. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in accordance with law.
