This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in filling up the pantabodhi situated on the northern side of the petitioner’s property admeasuring Ac.1.10 cents in survey No.187 situated at Oolapalli Village, Bikkavolu Mandal, East Godavari District and leveling the same for the purpose of allotting house sites to the weaker sections under the Navarathnalu Scheme. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter affidavit of the 4th respondent submits that the pantabodhi situated in Sy.No.187 in an extent of Ac.1.10 cents is not distributed for allotment of house sites as alleged by the petitioner. 4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated.
