This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the Mutation Case No.3669/2017 Computerized Case No. T20170520055013669 (Kalavati Vs. Dhodha) under Section 34/35 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 in respect of village Balua and Balkuwa, Tappa Shahjahanpur, Tahsil Padiapar, & Pargana District Deoria, U.P., which is pending before him." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the recall application filed by the petitioner in the above-mentioned case is pending and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. Since the recall application filed by the petitioner is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the recall application filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
