The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not allowing the Petitioner to work as Cook helper in the Respondent No.6/ School, without conducting enquiry after issuing notice dated 07.04.2025 under Mid Day Meal Scheme as illegal and arbitrary; consequently direct the Respondents to continue the Petitioner as Helper in the Respondent No.6/ School. 2. The case of the Petitioner is that she is a member of Noorudh Mohammad Dwakra Group, rep., by Munthaj. The Respondent No.2 accorded permission to the said group in the year 2023 for implementation of Mid Day Meal Scheme in the Respondent No.6/ School. The Petitioner is working as agency helper in Respondent No.6/ School and doing the work to the satisfaction of one and all. On 07.04.2025, she received a notice through WhatsApp from one of the teachers. In the said notice, it is alleged that the Petitioner is not obeying the Teachers and taking videos of Children, Teachers and Head Master. On the instructions of Respondent No.5, the Respondent No.6 issued a notice to the Petitioner and the same was sent through WhatsApp. The Petitioner had submitted her explanation through WhatsApp
on 21.04.2025 to the Respondent No.6 by denying the allegations. Thereafter, a representation has been made by the Petitioner dated 18.06.2025 to the Respondents No.2 to 4. Grievance of the Petitioner is that though the representation has been made on 18.06.2025 to the Respondents, but no action has been taken so far. 3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the Respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 18.06.2025 in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
