ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: <…to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent no.4 in Conducting investigation and filing Final report/chargesheet in FIR No. 173 of 2024 dated 27-05-2024 against the culprits even inspite of representations dated 09-07- 2024 and 20-11-2024 as being illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also in violation of free and fair investigation and violative of Fundamental Rights enshrined under Article 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the official Respondents herein to conduct investigation in FIR No. 173 of 2024 dated 27-05-2024 and file charge sheet against the culprits by bringing them to justice as expeditiously possible and pass such.…=
2. Heard Sri Shaik Omer Qaiyum, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondnets.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is no progress in the investigation in FIR No.173 of 2024, though it was registered in the month of May, 2024.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the investigating officer is effectively doing his job. He has to enquire into over 100 banks situated in seven different states and that is why, there is delay in concluding the investigation. Learned

Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders.
5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
