The petitioner who is working as Assistant Teacher at Primary School, Ramanuj Nagar, District Surguja has filed this petition assailing the transfer order dated 04.06.2025 whereby the petitioner has been posted at Primary School, Keshavpur, Block Ramanuj Nagar on the count of rationalization. The petitioner is also assailing inaction on the BHUMIKA ANGARE Digitally signed by BHUMIKA ANGARE Date: 2025.11.11 17:00:16 +0530 2 part of the authorities in not discharging the appeal filed by him against order dated 05.08.2025 which is pending before the Commissioner, Division Ambikapur, Sarguja. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already preferred representation before the District Level Rationalization Committee wherein the said representation has been rejected by the Committee vide order dated 05.08.2025. He would further submit that the petitioner has challenged the order dated 05.03.2025 by filing an appeal before the Commissioner on 14.08.2025. He would further submit that the petitioner has moved an application for urgent hearing of the case but the said appeal is still pending and would pray that the respondents be directed to decide the same. 3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner, Division Ambikapur, Surguja to consider and decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of this order to the Commissioner and the State is directed to inform the Commissioner to comply with the order passed by this Court within time period in its letter and spirit.
