Appln.No.1 of 2025 3 2025:KER:26870 O R D E R A.Muhamed Mustaque, J. This review is at the instance of the petitioner in OP(KAT)No.512 of 2024. The petitioner submits that the ratio was not followed, resulting in non-reporting of vacancies. It is further submitted that, in the light of Annexure A3(a), the vacancies that were reported and later cancelled ought to have been taken into account for consideration of the issue in this matter. We note that, the petitioner is only a candidate from the ranked list. After adverting to the statement and noting that there were no vacancies, we dismissed the original petition on 17.12.2024. We cannot now exercise the power of review to reopen the entire issue for rehearing the matter. There is no error apparent in the judgment in OP(KAT)No.512 of 2014. Accordingly, this review petition stands dismissed, along with an application to condone the delay. Sd/- A.MUHAMED MUSTAQUE JUDGE Sd/- P.KRISHNA KUMAR JUDGE rkj
