Respondent(s) For Applicant : Mr. Vidya Bhushan Soni, Advocate For State : Mr. Santosh Soni, Government Advocate (Hon'ble Shri Parth Prateem Sahu, Judge) Order on Board 20/01/2025 1. Applicant has filed this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail. Second bail application was dismissed as withdrawn only on 26.11.2024. No change of circumstances have been argued before this Court by learned counsel for applicant. 2. Learned State counsel submits that there is seizure of Rs. 15,00,000/- from possession of applicant and there is one more criminal antecedent against applicant of the year 2022. 3. In view of the above, I do not find present to be a fit case to enlarge applicant on bail. 4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.
