1. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus by directing the respondents to considering the order dated 13.03.2024 at vide Annexure-G. b. Passed any other order as deems fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. - 3 -

2. The only grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents have not paid the compensation amount in terms of the award passed. 3. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that the amounts have already been paid. 4. Be that as it may. Once an award has been passed, a writ petition is not maintainable to enforce the award. 5. It is always open for the petitioners to execute the award by filing necessary execution proceedings. 6. Reserving such liberty, petition stands disposed.
