This MCC has been filed for restoration of WPC No. 1969 of 2023, which was listed before this Court on 11.06.2025 on defaults and this Court granted 3 weeks time to remove the defaults pointed out by the Registry. 2 2. Learned counsel for the applicant contended that the defaults raised by the Registry could not be cured within the given time which was a bonafide mistake. 3. On due consideration and for the reasons assigned therein, which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of WPC No. 1969 of 2023. 4.
