However, still considering the nature of relief, i.e., to grant leave encashment, this writ petition is disposed of that in case a fresh representation is filed by petitioner within a period of two weeks by way of Dasti before concerned respondent, the same will be decided in accordance with law. However, it is observed that claim of interest, if any, will be considered only with effect from the date of application since petitioner himself is on default in agitating his rights, if any. Concerned respondent will pass final order after due verification and in case of any legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to petitioner.
