Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in proposing to allot the land to an extent of Ac.4.09 cents in R.S.No.119/13, situated at Narendrapuram Village, Nandigama Mandal, Srikakulam District, which is classified as grazing land, under the Navaratnalu–Pedalandariki Illu Scheme, to the 3rd parties without following due process of law.
3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the written instructions of the 3rd respondent dated 22.09.2025, submits that there is no proposal for using the subject land for the above said purpose at present.
4. The copy of the instructions of the 3rd respondent shall be made as part of the Court record.
5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to deal with the subject land strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.
