Appeal No.3012/2018 was dismissed for the reasons of not removing the defect(s) within time period granted by the Court. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that, if four weeks’ time from today is granted to him, then they will remove the defect(s). 3. Considering the same, the present Civil Restoration Application is allowed, subject to the condition that the defect(s) will be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
