Pursuant to order dated 06.02.2026, objections alongwith status report stands filed by respondent No. 2 and a perusal of the same reveals that the alleged abductee was suffering from trauma for the past few years. Daughter of the alleged abductee is also present in person and she submits that her mother is admitted in Shanti Devi Sansthan, DE Addiction and Rehabilitation, Centre. 2. Mr. Sumeet Bhatia, learned GA also produced certain documents with regard to the alleged abductee. The same are taken on record. 3. In view of the above, no fruitful purpose would be served by retaining the present petition on board and, as such, the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
