The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer to direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Firozabad to decide the Case No.1982 of 2023, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. pending before him within stipulated period. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2022. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case within a period of 60 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
