Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to convert the <Bandladhari/Bandibata= (passage) situated in R.S.No.150 of Vepadu Village, Kokkirapadu, Pedapadu Mandal, West Godavari District into house sites and distribute the same under the Government Scheme of Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu Programme to the third parties depriving the ingress and egress to the petitioners herein and others to reach their respective lands. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that the respondent authorities concerned will follow the due procedure with respect to the subject lands. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 5 are directed to deal with the subject land in R.S.No.150 of Vepadu Village, Kokkirapadu, Pedapadu Mandal, West Godavari District, strictly in accordance with law by following the due procedure, if so warranted for any public purpose and if not already utilized by now for the above said welfare scheme of housing. 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.6203 of 2020 5.
