He submits, by impugned order dated 31st August, 2022, his client's claim for compensation was mentioned at serial no.20 as rejected on delay. He submits, the helpless widow was required to apply within 75 days. She could only submit her application after 89 days. He seeks intervention. Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and on query submits, appropriate order as deemed fit be made. Petitioner is claiming compensation under a benevolent scheme. Delay of a few days in making the application be not held against her. Respondent no.2 is directed to reconsider petitioner's application for compensation, on merit. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order to said respondent.
