Mr. Sumesh Bajaj, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he does not wish to press I.A. No. 04/2025, which is an application for amendment in the writ petition, as well as I.A. No. 05/2025, which is an application seeking further interim relief in light of subsequent events. 2. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, I.A. No. 04/2025 and I.A. No. 05/2025 are dismissed as withdrawn, being not pressed. 3. The petitioner has filed this petition with the following prayers :- “10.1) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for records of the respondents in leading to pass the impugned notices/orders dated 15.09.2025 and 20.09.2025 (Annexure P-12 and Annexure P-13 respectively). 10.2) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly further be pleased to quash the impugned notices/orders dated15.09.2025 and 20.09.2025 (Annexure P-12 and Annexure P- 13 respectively) issued by the respondent No.3 through the respondent No.4. 10.3) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondents to adhere to the CIL E-Auction Scheme 2022 3 (Annexure P/9) as it stood prior to the impugned notices/orders dated 15.09.2025 and 20.09.2025 (Annexure P-12 and Annexure P- 13 respectively). 10.4) Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner. 10.5) Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh and better constituted petition. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents have no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. In view of the aforesaid submission and there being no objection from the respondents, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
